What is your return policy?
For health and sanitation purposes, we are unable to accept any returns on bulk refill goods. These products are sold by weight; we encourage you to purchase a small amount to sample before committing to a large container. Ready-to-sell retail items may be returned as long as they are unused/unopened, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund to original payment method.
How are you maintaining a COVID-safe shopping environment?
Pumps, scoops, spatulas, tongs, and other frequently touched surfaces are sanitized continually throughout the day with disinfectant. Per Hawaii state law, all customers are required to wear a mask while shopping, and to sanitize hands upon store entry. Until further notice, we are limiting our retail space to 4 shoppers at a time.
Are your products tested on animals?
We do not work with any vendors that support or participate in animal testing.
Are your products vegan / organic / etc.?

Where are you located?
We are located in Kona’s Kaloko Industrial area, just a block away from Costco. We share our space with our sister company, Sustainable Island Products.
